The Amazfit T-Rex 3 Onyx sports watch combines rugged durability with versatile functionality. With a 48.5 mm wide and 2000 nits ultra-bright 1.5" AMOLED display, you can read your maps and training data with ease, even in bright sunshine. The smartwatch features a 316L surgical stainless steel bezel and is paired with a comfortable black liquid silicone strap that measures 22 mm wide and is adjustable in length from 145 to 210 mm. The Amazfit T-Rex 3 also comes with a free wristband replacement kit, making it super easy to change the standard wristband to your preferred style. The watch has a battery life of up to 27 days and 180 hours in GPS mode before needing a recharge. The Amazfit T-Rex 3 is designed to withstand moisture, shock and extreme 70℃ heat and -40℃ cold.With 100m/10atm water resistance, it is suitable for both surface diving and snorkelling.
GPS and downloadable maps
With the Amazfit T-Rex 3, smart watch you'll spend less time searching and more time moving in the right direction with accurate dual-frequency GPS that connects incredibly fast with support for six satellite systems, showing you the peaks and low spots around you with topographic contour maps. You can download free offline maps and route files, and get directions that you can read on-screen or get read aloud through the connected Bluetooth headphones. For skiing and snowboarding enthusiasts, the watch comes with a wide range of downloadable maps compatible with ski resorts around the world, including colour-coded ski slope information. With a built-in compass, barometer, environmental reminders and many other useful features, you can get more information about where you are, keeping your jogging route known and safe.
Excellent sports facilities
From ultra marathons and triathlons to hunting and fishing, Amazfit T-Rex 3 includes over 170 sport modes, with a comprehensive selection of training modes to choose from with professional-level data. Automatic detection of eight sports will detect when you start any of the following activities; outdoor running, treadmill walking or running, outdoor walking, indoor walking, outdoor cycling, swimming in the pool, rowing machine and crosstrainer. The watch body and standard strap are certified for free diving up to 45 metres and the super-bright AMOLED display keeps the most important information easily visible while you swim underwater.
Sport and workouts are facilitated by the Zepp app, which lets you create your own strength training templates. The strength training mode automatically recognises 25 exercise types and intelligently calculates your reps, sets and rest times, then syncs your performance data to the Zepp app. The Zepp Coach AI app also provides personalised training plans and guidance for a wide range of sports. Zepp Coach tracks your fatigue level, fitness level and training status to help you avoid overload and reduce the risk of injury or fatigue. After your workouts, you can share your activity data with fitness communities like Strava, Adidas Running, Komoot and Relive, as well as smartphone apps like Apple Health and Google Fit.
Health and sleep tracking
With the Amazfit T-Rex 3, you can monitor your heart rate, blood oxygen and stress levels 24/7, get a daily summary of your mental and physical recovery, and the watch notices if you have an abnormally high or low heart rate or abnormally low SpO₂ levels. If it detects abnormally high stress levels, the watch will provide calming breathing exercises. A good night's sleep and quality sleep are crucial for recovery before the next training session. The Amazfit T-Rex 3 offers various sleep tracking features such as sleep schedules, head sleep time logging, tracking light, deep and REM sleep stages, sleep breathing quality and daytime sleep.
Aids to sleep
Amazfit T-Rex 3 is packed with features for everyday and leisure, including a new Glove Mode that keeps your display touch-sensitive when wearing gloves up to 2mm thick. Making it even easier to use your smartwatch is Zepp Flow, which gives you full control of your watch with just your voice - responding to an incoming message with your voice, for example, without lifting a finger. With Amazfit T-Rex 3, you'll get morning updates and a summary of information like the day's weather and upcoming calendar events.
