The powerful solar panels of the Casio Edifice EFS-S640PB-1AVUEF chronograph watch are designed to draw in plenty of light to keep this watch in normal use for up to five months when fully charged. Made from carbon fibre reinforced resin, the sporty case on thei racing watch is lightweight but strong. The case measures 45.5 mm wide, and 13.7 mm thick. The bezel is made of stainless steel. The total weight of the watch is 118 grams. A sapphire crystal with an anti-reflective coating protects the black dial, which features sub-dials for timekeeping functions, a date at 4 o'clock and luminescent hands and indices to make it easier to read the dial in low light. The Casio Edifice EFS-S640PB-1AVUEF racing watch has a water resistance of 100m/10atm, making it suitable for surface diving and snorkeling, not scuba diving.
