The Citizen Radio Controlled Tsukiyomi Eco-Drive Moonphase BY1010-81L takes its name from Japanese mythology and the moon god Tsuki-yomi. The watch features a dark soothing colour scheme, a night-black dial with a surface that mimics the moon, and a lunar rotation at 6 o'clock. The phases of the moon are clearly visible, and as the days pass, you can follow the moon's cycle, as well as the rising and setting moon. The BY1010-81L has a highly accurate radio-controlled time, and takes its time signal from an atomic clock with an accuracy of +-1 s. At 4 o'clock, there is a date hand. The case measures a modest 43 mm and the dial is protected by a sapphire glass. This clock is powered by light, so no batteries are needed, and the whole is finished with a steel bracelet.
