The alerts notify you of stormy weather, advise you to take a hydration break and, when climbing, warn you of excessive altitude, which can lead to oxygen deprivation and mountain sickness, among other things. Monitor your recovery with detailed sleep monitoring, heart rate fluctuations and a well-being check. Sleep monitoring measures wake time, light sleep, deep sleep and REM sleep. With just a few taps, the well-being control provides easy access to important health information; heart rate, heart rate variability, stress levels, respiratory rate and Sp02 oxygen saturation levels.
