The Garmin HRM-Dual heart rate belt 010-12883-00 supports dual transmission technology, so it allows you to connect to more devices and offers a wider range of training options. The heart rate belt uses ANT+ and Bluetooth technology to transmit data. You can connect the heart rate belt to your Garmin wristband, compatible fitness equipment in gyms and, if you prefer, to online workout apps. The Garmin HRM-Dual 010-12883-00 heart rate belt has a soft strap that you can wash by removing the module from the belt. The module's battery lasts up to 3.5 years. The belt is compatible with all Garmin wrist devices that support ANT+ or Bluetooth technology.
