The Garmin HRM Pro-Plus heart rate belt transmits real-time heart rate data via ANT+ connection and Bluetooth Low Energy technology. The belt ensures accurate and real-time heart rate data is transmitted to your Garmin device. In addition, you can use the belt with compatible fitness equipment. The Garmin HRM Pro-Plus Heart Rate Belt 010-13118-00 stores data on the belt when your wrist device is out of range. This is a handy feature for activities where it is not practical to keep your watch on your wrist. In addition to heart rate, the belt records steps, calories and power output. When you bring the belt close to the watch after a workout, you can synchronise the stored data with the watch. HRM Pro-Plus also records running dynamics data, which helps you to develop the right running technique. Running dynamics data include vertical movement, stride length, vertical ratio and ground stroke duration. The soft strap and small, lightweight module ensure comfort of use. The battery lasts up to a year and is user-replaceable.
