With Huawei Watch Fit 3 Grey Nylon sport watch, you can manually measure heart rate and blood oxygen saturation, or enable continuous, automatic monitoring from the Huawei Health app. The watch will alert you if a pre-set warning level is exceeded for your heart rate. The bracelet uses Huawei TruSleep™ 4.0 sleep tracking technology to accurately detect whether you are in deep sleep, light sleep, REM sleep or awake, and then provides an assessment of your sleep quality and suggestions for improving your sleep quality.
Sport and exercise features
The easy-to-read activity rings track your daily activity and help you monitor your goals. The rings measure three things: calories burned, exercise duration and active hours. You can set your own targets for all three rings. Are you about to start a demanding sport? Voice-activated animations let you warm up and stretch conveniently before your workout and without your phone. With Huawei Watch Fit 3 smart watch, you can set up your own workout program that takes into account weight changes, workout data, calorie deficit, and food you've logged in your food diary, among other things. In addition to more than 100 different manual workout modes, the Huawei Watch Fit 3 also automatically detects your workouts and recognizes running, walking, and using a cross-trainer or rowing machine, among others.

Bluetooth calls:
Connect your Huawei Watch Fit 3 to your phone via Bluetooth and get calls on your watch. You can also conveniently store your loved ones' numbers and other frequently used contacts in the watch's memory.
Music:
When paired with your watch and smartphone, you can use the watch to manage your music preferences. You can change songs and adjust the volume directly from your wrist without using your phone.
Monitoring and scheduling information:
Monitoring makes it easy to close background apps and switch between recently used apps. Sync your schedule information between your connected phone and your watch to get reminders of upcoming events marked in your calendar.
Watch face:
From Huaweis wide range of watch faces, you can choose the look you want for your dial. The range includes preconfigured dial visuals, free official watch faces and Always On -watch faces. You can also browse the range of other watch faces the via the Huawei Health app.
Phone camera remote
Once you've paired your watch and smartphone, you can turn on your phone's camera by tapping the Remote Shutter app on your watch (on iPhone phones, the camera must be turned on manually). You can then take pictures with your phone's camera by tapping the camera icon on the watch (requires the Huawei Health app)
Compass and return route
With built-in GPS and compass feature, you can navigate the terrain with confidence and ease. You can store routes on the watch and use it for navigation. The return route function allows you to navigate back to the route or starting point after starting a run or arriving at your destination.
