The fine Kalevala Filigree stud earrings silver 2607553T are part of the Filigree jewellery series, inspired by a filigree gold ring from the 17th century. The silver earring measures 10 x 10 mm. The earring features a beautiful and delicate lace-like filigree pattern and a sturdy pin fastening. Kalevala Filigree earrings are made from 99% recycled silver in Finland.

The series designed by Tiina Arko realises the designer's vision of timeless and easy-to-wear jewelry. In the 1700s, filigree rings were popular among the wealthy ruling class and were first introduced from Sweden to the coastal towns of Western Finland, along with new ideas and styles. The Kalevala range has included jewellery designed on the basis of filigree rings since the 1960s.
