In the Lumoava Swans jewellery series, two swans are intertwined in the shape of a stylised heart. The swan also symbolises the self-esteem that this pendant gives to its wearer. Design by Katri Niskanen. Swan heart necklace L66240800000 measures 19 x 20 mm and the chain length is adjustable from 40-45 cm. The jewellery is made of gold-plated 100% recycled silver.
