Nikama Serving dishes make for Unique Wedding Gifts and Housewarming Gift

Designed by Pekka Piekäinen in 1997, the Platinoro Finlandia vase is a completely unique creation, the shape of which, according to the story, was not understood by many at the design stage. The vase, which defies the laws of physics, has no traditional base at all, but is held upright by the S-shape of its narrow base. This Finlandia vase is 140 mm high and made of stainless steel. Originally, the vase was made only of silver until domestic stainless steel was introduced to celebrate 100 years of Finland.
