The Polar Elixir app brings a unique set of biometric features that let you explore your body's biomarkers like never before. These features include wrist ECG, SpO2 measurement, night-time skin temperature measurement and optical heart rate measurement. Rest phase optimisation analyses heart rate during training and rest phases and guides you individually to start the next phase of your workout. Get an ECG reading in seconds without the heart rate belt around your chest by pressing your finger on the watch button. The ECG sensor reads the electrical impulse generated by your heart to detect any abnormalities in your heart rate and recovery. An innovative pulse oximeter measures Sp02 oxygen saturation levels in your blood.
