Tru Virtu Click & Slide Card Case Black Magic is a black RFID-blocking Wallet card case that holds 5 cards. Tru Virtu Click & Slide wallets use the innovative and patented "Click & Slide" technology. With the push of a thumb, your cards pop out of the aluminium case in a staggered manner and you can conveniently pick the right card. The aluminium case also protects your cards from remote reading. The case is 9mm thick and 99mm high and holds up to 5 cards.
We can engrave, for example, initials or a date (max. 20 characters) on the cover of the aluminium case free of charge. First choose engraving and the text style to be used for the engraving and enter the information to be engraved in the "text to be engraved" field. Please note! Engraved wallets are non-returnable.
Help for using your wallet:
How do I insert cards into my Click & Slide RFID-blocking Wallet? Stack 3-5 cards and push them into the case as a single pack until you hear a click. Do not force the cards in at an angle or force them in.
What is the right number of cards for a Click & Slide wallet? The case works best with 4-5 cards, up to 4 of which can be embossed. A larger number may cause the cards to jam. If this happens, see section 5. Also, the case should not hold less than 3 cards. Single cards are more likely to fall off the board.
How do I get the cards to stay in the Click & Slide wallet? Once the cards are inserted and you hear a click, push the button on the side of the case upwards to lock them in place. Now the cards should not fall out when you turn the case upside down. Please note that shaking is not normal use of the wallet! Click & Slide is designed only for plastic cards that meet the ISO/IEC 7810 standard ID-1. Clearly worn, bent or metallic cards should not be used inside either.
How do I retrieve cards from my Click & Slide wallet? Press the button on the side of the case downwards with your thumb and the cards will pop up in a convenient tiered formation.
What do I do if my cards get stuck in the Click & Slide wallet? While holding down the button on the side of the case, tap the edge of the wallet a few times, for example against a table. When the cards appear slightly, you can pull them out normally. You can also try to slip a piece of tape between the two cards and pull them out this way.
Why do my cards slide out of the Click & Slide wallet only a few millimetres? At the beginning of use, the rubber seal on the case may put too much resistance on the cards. To speed up the loosening of the rubber, push the button on the side of the case until the cards come out. Then pull the cards about halfway by hand and press them crosswise against the edge of the button a few times. Now the cards should rise up out of the case. The mechanism will also give way with time.
Note! In addition to the seal, the button on the case may also be a little stiff in a brand new wallet. This is perfectly normal and the wallet will become more sluggish very soon after it is put into service.
